Alternatively known as Control+0 and C-0, ^0, Ctrl+0 is a shortcut key most often used to restore the default zoom level in an Internet browser.

How to use the Ctrl+0 shortcut key

To use this keyboard shortcut, press and hold either Ctrl key, and while continuing to hold, press 0.

Using Ctrl+0 in an Internet browser

In all major Internet browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox), pressing Ctrl+0 changes the zoom level back to its default setting. For example, if you've pressed Ctrl++ to zoom in on a web page and later wanted to restore the default zoom level, press Ctrl+0 to restore the browser's original zoom setting.
