I have bought it in 2016 online before its launch. It's been 6th years, except battery there is nothing really to complaint about. After 6 years the processor has slowed down a little but it still works ok.

ONLY 10 OR 15 OR SOME TIME 30 SECONDS THE CALLS OR RECEIVE CALLS keep in silent no signals of conversation
This problem always continues
While TALKING in in house or any outside
We feel it may tower problems but not so
So many times checked
We feel mentally too much torture
Please don't suggest to go for Samsung services
We need and wish to replace this product

I exchanged my 1 year old Samsung J7 phone for this one with the hope that a new phone will have a much longer lasting battery. I used to have to charge my old phone way too often. Bad idea. The battery on this new phone is nearly as bad as my old phone, and I have to keep charging it every few hours. I am not a heavy user of mobile phones (mostly calls and whatsapp and news sites), and this doesn't even last a full day on a full charge. Other than that the performance of the phone is good, as we would expect from a Samsung.
What is way way worse is, my Amazon delivery experience was terrible. It was a Samsung for Samsung exchange offer and the person delivering the phone told me that I had to compulsorily give my old original Samsung earphones and Samsung charger along with the old phone to avail of the exchange. Since I did not have my original charger or earphones for my old phone, I ended up parting with the new phone's charger and earphones. Later on I found out that this was not mandatory as per amazon's terms of exchange, and I could have simply given only the phone in the exchange offer. Despite multiple contacts with the Amazon customer service, I was unable to get my new charger and earphones back, losing at least Rs 3000 worth of stuff in the process. This experience completely put me off going for any future exchange offers with Amazon India.

Very good one.two days delivery, no heating problem during charging and after charging, charging time very less, audio level more than sufficient, display is good but if contrast is more high then it is excellent.signal receiving quality is very good, but there is two sim slot one slot only working 3G ,LTD and another working for 4G.both slot doesn't support 4G.
